Diabetic Foot Registry

A web-based registry that digitizes diabetic foot wound assessments, tracks treatments across hospital units, and gives administrators a real-time overview of patient outcomes — replacing paper worksheets with structured, searchable records.

Outcome Metrics

• Currently being piloted across multiple ward units with role-based access for residents and super-admin oversight. Structured weekly foot assessments capture wound bed, periwound, and wound edge findings with measurements, replacing the manual Coloplast paper worksheet. Supports before/after photo documentation for HBOT and NPWT sessions.

Achievements

• Functional multi-unit deployment with unit-level data isolation, CSV export for cross-unit analysis, and a complete digital adaptation of the Coloplast Foot Care Clinic assessment framework.
