Patient Specific Splint
This project involved designing a custom 3D printed finger splint for a patient with PIP and DIP joint issues. The splint provided better support, comfort, and fit compared to standard ready made splints.
Outcome Metrics
- Custom fit developed based on patient specific finger measurements and joint condition assessment. Enhanced patient mobility and movement. The patient is now able to successfully do his daily activities without any restrictions.

- Successfully designed and prototyped a personalized 3D printed splint to improve finger positioning, functional support, and day-to-day usability
